Return and Exchange Policy

If for whatever reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase we are here to help in any way that we can! If due to an error in manufacturing, frames may be returned for a full refund within 30 days after being purchased.

Frames may be returned unconditionally for 30 days after the day that is reflected on the receipt of purchase. You may return the frames for a full refund.

After the 30 days have elapsed, frames may be returned for store credit or exchanged with other products from different lines. Any cost difference involved with selecting frames from different collections, as well as any shipping and handling costs, will be up to the customer after the 30 days time period.


Please Note: If Returning or Exchanging a pair of frames, they must be sent with all the original contents and must be in good resale condition without any damages. This includes the frames be sent back in the original packaging with the demonstration lenses as well. After the initial 30 days have elapsed then customer has up to a year from point of purchase to exchange any frames or apply for store credit. 2 YEARS of Manufacturer's warranty on:

- Broken or loose hinges
- Broken nose pad posts
- Structural issues (e.g. broken temple)
- Surface damage, oxidation or discoloration

Please note: Incorrect usage or deliberate damage are NOT covered.

M Collection (Metal Frames)

2 YEARS of Manufacturer's warranty on:

- Broken or loose hinges
- Broken nose pad posts
- Structural issues (e.g. broken temple)

1 YEAR of Manufacturer's warranty on:

- Shedding of paint or plating, surface damage, oxidation or discoloration

Please note: Incorrect usage or deliberate damage are NOT covered.

IN and A9 Collection (Injection and TR90 Frames)

Warning: DO NOT use any alcohol-based products on these collection frames, the warranty will NOT cover any damage caused by alcohol products. 

1 YEAR of Manufacturer's warranty on:

- Broken or loose hinges
- Broken nose pad posts
- Structural issues (ex. broken temple)
- Surface damage, oxidation or discoloration

T Collection (Memory Titanium)

1 YEAR of Manufacturer's warranty on:
